The food in this place is absolutely georgeus there's a special offer 2 courses for £11.95 got beef nachos and ribs for starters and chicken tacos and Cajun chicken with tobacco onions will definitely be back service was top class

3rd time in the restaurant, really enjoyed the first 2 times but this time we were standing just inside the door waiting to be seated for 5 minutes, despite the restaurant not even being half full when we were approached no apology was offered and the staff member was less than friendly. We were shown to our tables then to be told the steak, salmon and all pizzas were not available. We the waited another 15 minutes and nobody approached us to take a drink order or a food order despite several members of staff being in our area of the restaurant. We walked out at this point, past 3 members of staff who seen we were leaving and didn’t question it. So disappointing as I have previously really enjoyed the food here. With this kind of customer service this place will not last much longer with so many other restaurants in Derry offering a great service.
Only had one meal so far, excellent on all accounts. Staff attentive & friendly and also very keenly priced. To be honest, couldn't get into Key West and that's how we ended up in Wolf Shack. I had roast beef and roast potatoes were like home cooked, beautiful! Highly recommended, will be back
My daughter and myself really enjoyed a totally relaxing meal. The staff were wonderful as nothing was too much to cope with. We really enjoyed watching the chefs prepare the meals. I ordered oriental chicken with noodles, so yummy. My daughter had Salmon on a bed of champ. She like myself throughly enjoyed her meal. Even though we both said we were full, as the meals were of a great portion sizewe made room for the delious raspberry cheesecake. The price was really fair. Thank you.
Told us they were out if wings and ribs, then a table behind us got some. Waited over half hour for food to get or food even though there was only 5 table filled in the restaurant. Ordered a drink which they forgot about, they did apologise though and didn't charge us for it. My food was lukewarm, kids seemed to enjoy theirs. Nicest garlic potatoes I've had in a long time. I wouldn't like to see them busy - don't think they could cope.
Good place to eat. My friends and I go there because it's handy, you get a table right away even if you haven't booked and the food is good. The only downer is that their taste in music is questionable and they have a tendency to turn it up gradually when they think it's time you were leaving.
Brilliant food and amazing staff. Remembered my visits and even my drink order despite 2 weeks apart work travel. Affordable prices and a nice welcome atmosphere. Will keep coming back whenever in the area.
It was filled with smoke when we went in and we felt a bit claustrophobic due to this. The food was also just sub-par. I was forgotten about when it came to desert while my friends were served. I had to call ocwr a waitress after 15-20 minutes and ask where my order was while my friends enjoyed their dessert. 2 stars because it is cheap enough, but there are better places to grab a bit to eat.
