Welcoming, clean, modern rooms in beautiful settings. Breakfast was only OK, but lovely people.

A spotlessly clean and well run establishment. My room was lovely and very comfortable. The food, service and surroundings are second to none and I am already looking forward to my next stay.  In addition, the stunning grounds are extensive with many beautiful gardens, ponds, lakes and historical features.

Nested at the foot of the Yorkshire Wolds and only 30mins from York this bed and breakfast is beautiful.  My room was lovely and the gardens and wildlife are great.  There is a nice big lake and plenty of woods to explore - i'll definitely be coming back next time i'm visiting York

We stayed here while visiting family in Market Weighton.  The rooms are excellent and very clean.  The location is quite special - the main house is a huge georgian building with big pillars and the Yorkshire coutry side is very charming; it really is the Shire!  Good standards all round and a loveley cooked breakfast.
