Walked in just after the restaurant opened today, no staff were present to seat us and only one table was occupied. Whilst stood looking at the menu my girlfriend needed the toilet so went looking for them. When she returned she was being told quite aggressively they only had toilets for customers. My girlfriend tried to explain several times we were looking at the menu to order food and were repeatedly being told by an arrogant female member of staff toilets were for customers. We tried to explain and were constantly ignored so I told her we weren't customers any more, I wouldn't eat there with her attitude. After explaining why we were leaving several times, we left being shouted at down the corridor that she didn't have an attitude!!! I think that alone says enough. Bad attitude and no respect in front of paying customers. We will give our money to someone who deserves it.
Great food, and never a dull moment, because the manageress is completely insane. You never see the same waiting staff from one month to the next, which says it all. Take a tip; don't ask for tap water, and for God's sake, don't argue about the bill, even if there are things you haven't ordered on it. You've never seen anyone go as nuts as she does if you disagree with her...
The worst dining experience we have ever had. How that woman retains staff is beyond me. We left before the starter arrived after asking her to not verbally assault her staff in front of a half full room of customers. She then went on to verbally assault my wife by telling her "when u know how to manage staff then u can comment. This is the only way to make them learn". All because the young waiter cleared the empty plates in the wrong order. Would never ever return or recommend this place to anyone. This owner should be ashamed!!!!
I have been here 3 times now and I think its amazing, its a similar price to your Chinese Buffet Halls only the quality of the food is better and you are waited on all night. I find the service brilliant and its the only place I'll go these days for Chinese. The Service is really Quick and the food is far fresher than the standard buffet halls where the food is left to stand all day, here its cooked in a Kitchen and is far far fresher.
Terrible service not the best food, food was missing from order, had to wait 1 hour between courses. Under staffed. Overpriced house wine. Dated wallpaper which looks mouldy. Not worth the price at all....going to McDonald's on our way home. Avoid like the plague people had to wait an hour to be seated even though we booked table in advance
Odd layout with multiple dining rooms. Service was good but food was alright. Small servings but unlimited to orders allows you to try different varieties. Not exactly authentic Chinese food but good enough for average people.
I don't know how people can sit in this place comfortably when the staff are getting verbally abused in front of customers and other staff. I couldn't enjoy my food while feeling heartbroken listening to an extremely hardworking young female waitress being treat discracefully by the female owner. I have never seen a place ran so unprofessional in my entire life. I am at a loss how these young people can work there. Will not go there again.
Not child friendly as no highchairs. Not much choice for vegetarians. The dessert menu only has 3 choices. Bill was brought over before I was finished. Terrible service due to the fact was consistently pestered. Felt pressured to eat fast so they could get more people through the door.
We walked In, started looking at the menu waiting to be served but had to go looking for staff then asked where the ladies toilets were, only to be told there wasn't any & had to use the club toilets across road so we said we didn't want to eat there if we couldn't use toilet. She then said we couldn't use their toilets cos they were getting vandalized & started giving us awful attitude so we decided to walk out after telling her we didn't like her attitude so didn't even get to sample food!!!! Wouldn't go back there!!!!!!!
Food was lovely, couldn't actually fault anything, neither could the table of 8 of us, was quite busy, and the service was good considering, the Chinese lady that worked/owned it, such a funny character, had a good laugh and make us feel very welcome! Would deffinately go again!
