One of the best businesses in the UK. Anyone that likes wine will love the wine society.nCustomer service is ace. They deliver for free  goodness knows how much this costs them even one bottle. Head and shoulders above the completion. Join!

Until fairly recently my experience had been good, but the courier has let me down with my last three orders. When previously I complained the response I received could be summarised as 'tough, it happens sometimes'. This time I got a server error from their web site when I submitted a complaint! Won't buy from them again unless they get their act together.

Shame there isn't a showroom/cellar Oop North...as in right Oop North . Other than that everything about The Wine Society is exceptional!  Next delivery arriving tomorrow..slurp.

Need to buy a fit for purpose payments system. Numerous fail to authenticate the handshake back from my bank when approving a transaction. Simple tech .. hard to get wrong. I notice no one front the society comments on these reviews. That says something .. they are very mixed with some recurring themes around the IT.
