I had a few windows repaired that had blown, I also had 5 windows replaced. Very thorough, neat job. Friendly helpful crew. Left everywhere clean and tidy. They even put my blinds back without me even asking. The only negative was the length of time I had to wait for installation but that was due to the backlog of covid and staff sickness,  out of their control, if it’s good it’s worth waiting for. The repairs were done very quickly. Well recommended. Thank you Gary and team

Needed a new patio door glass replaced that had blown and some new parts for some of our windows.  Excellent service from the company with very friendly knowledgeable staff who were very quick at fitting the parts and left everything clean and tidy.  Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing repairs.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. The lock system on my PVC door had failed, so I took the lock assembly in, and they found all the right bits, built all back up and tested it. Very reasonable price and all done whilst I waited. Very happy.

I can highly recommend !!!  We had quite a few parts that needed replacing on both front & back doors the corroded receivers,  handle, barrel & the seals around the back door & frame needed replacing. The step outside my front door needed new sealant & tidying. A cracked pane of glass in my bathroom window also replaced & all now as good as new. The service was excellent from start to finish. Customer service was EXCELLENT, i think the two women i spoke to were Sian & Donna ??? Iwan who came to do the work arrived at the arranged time, was very professional, neat & tidy in his work & completed the job promptly. He is an extremely pleasant & charming gentleman  !! We are very pleased & very satisfied now the job is completed & our house has been maintained ready to face the harsh winter months & hopefully last a good few years. Angela Taylor & Kevin Roberts

Window Medic were recommended to me by a friend when I had a leaking roof on a tenanted property, the tenants were very happy with the job and said the work was done without any problems. When finished everything was left clean and tidy, I have now decided to have a new conservatory at my house as the old one is past it’s best and is leaking in several areas, I have given Window Medic the go ahead to get the job done. Excellent company and helpful staff, highly recommended.

Really helpful, friendly, efficient and reliable. Such a relief to find a company that does not look to sell you new windows/doors but instead uses their expertise to make your existing ones work perfectly. Most impressed, and can recommend them most highly.

Have used Window Medic twice and even after 6 years they came and fixed a door free of charge.  They arrived that day as we couldn't shut it and fixed what they could so we could close the door, then came back the next day and fixed it.  Turned up on time and kept informed .  Couldn't ask for more and can really recommend this great company..

Great price on some new windows we wanted but they couldn't secure  from their suppliers the profiles/spec we wanted. Will certainly go back to them for other, more standard spec windows we need replacing in time. Will certainly recommend them to our friends

Arrived on time and explained what was wrong with the door warped in the sun.  Explained what options I had and that a temp fix would only be that - temporary, as the door will always be facing the sun all day and likely to warp!  Looks like I will have to get a new door.......
