My wife Sue and I arranged a surprise 40th recently at The Windermere and it was fantastic. 
Noel the proprietor was amazing. His staff were very attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The food served was 1st class. All our guests commented on the variety and quality and friends and family said it was the best they had eaten at a function. 
The DJ was also arranged by Noel and he played music for all ages, so a great time was had by us all. 
We would recommend The Windermere for any occasion. There’s even a beer garden for the warmer weather. 
Thanks Noel and staff for helping to make Nichola’s surprise party so memorable.

Fantastic pub. Great welcome always. Cosy traditional and tucked away. Perfect for both winter evenings and sunny afternoons in the generous beer garden. Good jukebox selection and a nice mix of clientele
