Came in on the morning of 1/7/24 @ 09:30 for 2 drinks, to be served by a lady behind the bar. Very unprofessional and a rude personality. No please or thank you, and definitely take my custom elsewhere where they will appreciate the customers. Disgusting.
Very nice pub and I always enjoy coming here for a catch up with a friend for food and drinks! Used to do the quizzes here years ago which was a lot of fun too. Probably one of the better pubs in the area as I can sit there for hours drinking with a mate and there's always never no issues and it just has a nice atmosphere no bother at all.
Family get together for 36. Mix of adults and children. Staff were fantastic nothing was to much trouble. All food great. Thanks to Sarah for organising tables and massive thanks to kitchen, bar and waiting staff for all their help and hard work in making our night a great success. See you all soon.
After finding out I'm prediabetic I'm sad to learn they don't sell a low calory sugar lager to drink so I've had to find elsewhere to drink so no good for diabetics unless you can stomach wine like I cant. Shame you do nothing for diabetics lager wise some foods hopefully you do soon and I can return to my local!
Pretty cramped, mediocre beer selection, good value good options. Didn't have any burns night offering on which other spoons have had. Free water on the bar which is good. Friendly staff. Had no childrens menus available so have to ask staff or check the app.
