Great little cafe with a busy atmosphere and great home cooked food. Ideal for a quick sandwich lunch or a full meal.Food: 5/5

We had our first visit after it being closed during the Covid 19 disaster, it was ok, I found the atmosphere was bland and dull, staff were friendly and quickly took our order. I'd ordered Baked potato with bacon, chicken & cheese costing £6.00 a slight increase on price pre Covid but this seems to be the norm now, price increases everywhere. The food its self was delicious plenty on the plate including a quite nice side salad with potato salad & coleslaw. My partner had a lovely roast beef dinner which he complimented on being tasty, do top Mark's for food, decor could do with a brighter uplifting vibe.

One of our favourite places to eat. Very clean. True fly staff. Food always yummy and good size portions at decent prices. Kids love their proper milkshakes!

Great wee bistro, very popular and buzzing with diners. The food was tasty with a good varied selection. Lots of serving staff so food comes quick. Offers specials and well priced.

We have used this establishment for several years as a stop-off on our trips over for the NW200 Race Festival week. Arriving in bike gear is never a problem and the staff are so friendly and amenable. A quick cuppa and a bite to eat,  the restaurant is a great place to stop over. Always busy and easy to see why. Just off the main drag, but centrally located. Good food, nice atmosphere and the lovely Laverne to serve us and have a chat with. She makes it worth the journey. The cutest lass in Cookstown, a warm smile, winning personality and sparkling eyes you have to love, she is a real darling. We will be back again next year all being well. Two Gloucestershire lads send their love.

I love this restaurant, it does the best baked potatoes in town, very busy but staff are efficient and get you seated as quickly as possible, prices are good and portion sizes are great well worth the visit, Saturday's are extremely busy

I asked if I could come in with my 8 month old pup.I was soooo delighted when I was welcomed in and shown to a seat close to the door by a very pleasant friendly lady who took my order with a smile. So many customers went past and either smiled or stopped to chat and admire Mika who loved the attention. Thank you to the " White Pheasant " for your welcome and courtesy.. We will certainly be back and bring our friends as well. I also congratulate you for your approach as you are the only establishment in the whole of the Greater Cookstown/ Dungannon and surrounding areas which permitted me to bring my dog...thank you again. I understand that is important for owners to be responsible for their dogs and respect the premises and other customers when they enter and maybe avoid the busiest times. Thank you again,you really made my day :-D
