Lots of rooms + big beer garden. 5 ales on all good. Wonderful pub. Stone floors + sandstone walls .service excellent.

Lovely old pub with sandstone walls and big wooden beams. Does great ale and lagers and now also does food. Only fish and chips on a Wednesday but was really tasty and a good sized portion. Staff are super friendly as well!

We enjoyed a beer outside on one of the tables in front of the pub. Inside is very busy but cozy and there is a big beer garden in the back.

It’s been at least 25 years since I last set foot in the White Lion and I was blown away after seeing what the new owners have created. A stunning beer garden and beautiful original interior that I remember fondly. Very friendly owner and staff too. I can’t wait to come back over the weekend!

Friendly local pub in West Kirby which is now under new ownership. This is a traditional pub with wooden benches, stone floors and low ceilings. There’s a welcome lack of piped musak and you’re invited to talk to fellow drinkers. There’s no parking but if you’re drinking any of the real ales, that’s not an issue.

I have lived on the Wirral for over 22 years and have never visited this place. Driven, cycled and walked past many times....except today. So for the last 22 years I have missed out on one of the Wirral's most rustic and cosy pubs.  Well worth a visit.

Great local pub with big atmosphere. Real ale choice great. Recommended

Proper old pub, good beer and full of friendly people,  will definitely visit again
