Always a very warm welcome from all of the staff!  They all know our names and greet us with a pleasant smile!nnI have a bottle of Sandbox wine with a glass of soda to mix and Brian always has a Guinness, the bar staff always bring the Guinness to the table once it has settled! Louise managed to do a lovely heart on Andy's coffee!!!

We had lovely food for lunch - the food was delicious and served really quickly. Food was fresh and although we all ordered different things it was still all hot and perfect. Louise was our waiter and she was really kind and thoughtful :nnThank you!

We have not been to the white lion in years as the level of service and quality had severely increased. As the pub had over gone a complete overhaul and management we thought we would give it a try. And my goodness what a transformation. The new landlord Paul has certainly worked wonders and turned this pub into an absolute delight to visit. Staff were busy but very attentive to customers, very polite making sure everything was satisfactory. But the food! Out of this world we both had the Sunday roast and it’s one of the best roast dinners I think I have ever had. We will definitely be going back and thank you Paul and your magnificent team of staff for making this pub amazing once again!

Always love coming in and having a few drinks with mates. Usually served by Nick, Laura or Louise however all the staff are very friendly and helpful when it comes to enquiries about food or drink. Fires are lovely and warm favorite pub to visit in yateley

Four of us went for a get together lunch and were treated to good and tasty food beautifully and quickly served. Naomi did a great job of making sure we were looked after at every stage with a smile and calm demeanor she even served an Irish coffee we ordered that she had never made before with aplomb. Well done and a definite whole better experience than that of a few years ago.
