Story

We are a very friendly and welcoming Pub serving a choice of up to 9 real ales and fantastic home made food. Two Beer festivals a year and a live band on the last saturday of every month means there's something for everyone. We Also serve the best home made Pies for miles around. You will not be disappointed!

A traditional pub with a great selection of beer and tasty food. Renowned for its pies (rightly so), it serves a varied menu including paninis and other light bites. It is dog friendly.

Really well kept beers and a lot of choice. Good pub food at a reasonable price. Spacious and clean interior. Dog friendly. A little gem with friendly owners. Open for food 12 till 9 (8 on Sundays) except no food on Mondays.

Excellent food, very good value. The pies were excellent especially the steak and stilton. Dog friendly too which was a bonus for us out with the pooch for the day.

Visited here for Sunday dinner, was good value for money but lacking flavour, veg could of done with seasoning and some butter. Excellent selection of beers.
