The customer service was very good, the procedure was explained fully and I was given time to answer any questions. The whole process was very quick and straight forward.

Don't waste your money they wait till you mouth is full of mouth guard then tell you that they only use 6% strength and when checking my teeth prior to treatment on colour chart tried telling me my teeth were darker than they are my teeth are quite white as it is then we decided my teeth were the second whitest on the chart at the end of treatment it hadn't even gone up 1 shade. Says on the website lightens between 5 -10 shades whiter then when u read the disclaimer it's says no more than 5 shades. Unfortunately mine hadn't even gone 1 shade lighter so the professional said she would give me a top up treatment for free. This is not the 5 shades whiter as said it would be once refused the top up and asked to see the manager she said I didn't have to pay. So a complete waste of a day off.

Very friendly staff! They explained everything clearly and I did not feel pressured to go ahead with the treatment in the free consultation if I did not want to! Great results - will 100% be back soon
