Stopped by the white Hart on the green for the first time yesterday. There is a great selection of food and drink with the staff being really knowledgeable in their recommendations. For food my partner and I went for the gammonmushroom and tomato removed and the trio roast. The presentation was great and the quality of the food was excellent. We also ordered a side of dauphinoise potatoes and they were absolutely perfect. Compliments to the chef. Unfortunately we visited on a day when the weather was miserable but this pub has everything going for it. Beautiful interior, huge garden space, plenty of parking, great staff and delicious food and drinks. We will definitely be returning

Visited the White Hart yesterday evening 24th Apl for a 3 course set menu meal, firstly Sophie who served our table and the rest of the bar staff were 1st class so this review is in NO way directed towards them.nnUnfortunately the same can most definitely not be said about the food, one of our starters was barely warm, parts of my wife’s “signature” main meal was overcooked making it tough to chew and it appeared most of the items on all of our plates were cooked from frozen and clearly not freshly prepared, we didn’t actually stay for our dessert.nThe White Hart is a great pub that is obviously very “food focused” but with other pubs in the area serving a much higher quality of food we’ll be back for drinks but will be eating elsewhere in future sadly.

I came here on the weekend and it was incredible. The staff are all so lovely and seem like they really care. The food we had was delicious and the new summer spritz drinks are to die for. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Mothers Day lunch,nWell we had a great time.nYes we did have to wait, but our lunch was very hot and tasty.nThe service was very good by both the bar and waitress who were under extreme pressure who all smiled throughout many people being extremely rude to them.nThe menu was very extensive especially for such a busy day. Perhaps a smaller menu on such days maybe something to look at.nWell done to the team who kept their cool, despite being shouted out by rude people.

Sat in the garden on a Sunday evening for drinks and food. Great service and the Hunters Chicken was delicious.
