I have come up from London today, and this is one of the best services I have received in a very long time. Imtiaz and rumaisa have been exceptional today with helping me with the kids and just in general, they definitely deserve a pay rise ! Thank you once again for the great service. We attended a wedding at this venue last weekend. Unfortunately, we had an awful experience and would not recommend anyone to have a day time function here 12-4pm.nnFrom getting food thrown at us, waiting an extensive time between courses, being told we were only allowed to have “one more photo”, to practically getting thrown out of the venue BEFORE our allocated time. It ruined what was supposed to be a lovely event.nnWe have attended plenty of day time functions at other venues and have never experienced the issues mentioned above.nnThe way the host spoke to guests was out of order and unprofessional. The 1 star is for the lovely waitress who attended our table. She was polite, well mannered and attentive which is something the host completely lacked. Manners cost nothing.nnFrom the replies, it is clear to see they are unwilling to take on any constructive criticism nor are they willing to offer an apology for our experience. Instead, they are being defensive, rude and passive aggressive which pretty much sums up their attitude towards us on the day. The management would clearly benefit from further training.

One word to describe this place - AMAZING! The venue owners were friendly and accommodating at all times as was the manager Hassan - waiting staff are exceptionally efficient and the venue is amazing. Thank you for hosting our event!

Amazing venue- a gem in the heart of Bradford, beautifully decorated with a Royal ambience and a stunning garden at the rear.nRecently installed a gorgeous new stage which complements the decor of the venue perfectly.nnThe management, in particular Hassan are so professional, organised and accommodating and ensures any event is perfectly executed. Hassan's politeness and attention to details makes this venue so appealing. Waiters are trained well and service is smooth.nnDefinitely one of the best in Yorkshire! Can't wait to return soon for another wedding event.
