Rooms could do with redecorating but apart from that the hotel was great, the parking is free, which is always a bonus, the food was fantastic, I'd highly recommend the burgers!

Very friendly owner, breakfast was good and the burgers are even better! Room was nice and clean too. Will be staying here again.

Stopped here by chance on the way home from a mini break away. Fabulous pub, great food, excellent service. The food arrived quickly, the atmosphere was friendly and the prices were very reasonable.

What can I say that hasn't been said. Tia her husband and sister in law single handedly run this pub/bnb they are the best hosts I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Me and my soon to be husband stayed here for 3 nights the locals are brilliant and friendly the beer garden was relaxing and romantic watching the river flow by. The room was everything we hoped for fresh towels fresh bedding and refill of coffee making facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bar/restaurant was relaxing welcoming with great decor the food was excellent including the full English breakfast in the morning. We loved it that much we were sad to leave but we will be returning in November for our honeymoon so thank you so much for making our holiday perfect I'm sure they will keep it up and can't wait to return. See you soon. Amelia and mark.

What a treasure this place is. Old building with lots of character but modernised to make it a comfortable stay. Lovely and accommodating hosts. Breakfast was very nice (vegetarians catered for!). Well worth the money and will definitely book again.
