Seven wonderful nights. Bar, restaurant, and reception area are modern, clean, and tidy. Breakfast hasnt disappointed either. Staff have all been friendly beer isn’t badly priced and restaurant menu has a good selection and priced fairly also. Popular for weddings. Food & drinks: Lovely food breakfast and main menu included. Currently, two nights a week, pizzas are on offer cooked fresh from their dedicated oven.
Afternoon tea was a delight. All nice and fresh and a great selection of sandwiches and cakes etc. very highly recommended and will certainly be back for more. Nicely presented and the staff were very good, just the right amount of attention paid to us! I can honestly say I’ve been to a lot of different places for afternoon tea and this would knock spots of many of them! Lovely
Surprising hotel north of Redditch. Easy to find. Good size clean rooms and decent water pressure in the shower! Staff are friendly, welcoming and always professional when I stay for work. The food is very good, and far better than any of the other Redditch hotels. The menu does vary, and they can accommodate dietary requirements. Had steak twice, and was not disappointed with the quality... Awesome, what's not to like! Rooms: Good size, comfy bed, clean and great shower Food & drinks: Good menu and food quality
Very friendly welcome. Staff incredibly helpful. The hotel is a little dated and appears worn in places, but very clean and comfortable. Good value.
A delayed review. I stayed overnight to attend the Wedding reception of two lovely friends of mine at the end of December. The room I had was terrific; clean, spacious, a huge comfortable bed and a large bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Breakfast on the following morning was excellent; everything freshly cooked, the sausages were still sizzling when they were served. The staff - from reception on arrival to the bar staff during the event itself were great, very professional and polite. The Evening event itself was wonderful! I even danced, a rare sight. It was a memorable stay. The hotel is ideally situated near the M42. Rooms: Large and spacious rooms with plenty of storage space. Basic but sufficient.
Saturdays breakfast was alledgedly cooked to order as we ordered from the menu. When it arrived the beans were thick and congealed, it was dry, the bacon was baked to a crisp, and sausages were burned. Sunday breakfast was a buffet, but this may have been due to the wedding the night before, and the increased number of guests. We had eggs royale from the menu,, even though we did not get a menu, we remembered from the day before. The smoked salmon looked grey, and poached eggs were cold and the yolks hard. The muffins were stodgy. Noteworthy details: Plenty of parking, room good value for money. Breakfast not worth the money.
Great hotel staying 1 night or more free parking food is excellent with selected nights with buy 1 get 1 free pizza and cocktails. Plus the staff are very polite and helpful can't fault them. Rooms: Great rooms all that you need Food & drinks: Excellent food evening and breakfast good selection of drinks
Had a lovely afternoon tea here, one of my birthday presents from my daughter. Nice tasty selection, and had to take some home in a box as there was so much food. Our server was attentive and polite, and all in all was a lovely experience. Highly recommendedService: 5/5
Cannot fault this place. Cosy rooms and reasonably priced! I have stayed a few times whilst working in Longbridge and I find it very comfortableRooms: 4/5
We stayed in spacious clean bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. The only downside is that having a mobility disability there are only two disability parking spaces and both occupied by cars not displaying blue badges. Receprion does not take vehicle details so no way to get drivers to move their cars. There are no lifts and rooms can only be accessed via steep stairs Rooms: Spacious clean and comfortable
