Hired The pavilion for wife’s 40th. It was in the winter. The owner failed to put the heating on until the last minute and the place was an ice box. Guests kept their coats on and many left. You could see their breath when they breathed, it was so cold. Even staff had their coats on. It ruined our celebration where we had hired a band and had caterers in. 
It was of course raised straight away but was to late to warm the hall up for our party.   
The owner did not take responsibility, was arrogant and down right rude. He tried to blamed the band for leaving a door open whilst they unloaded their kit and then gave a number of other nonsense  excuses. He of course had taken our money by then and made it clear that he didn’t give a damn.
No apologies, no ownership and no remorse for ruining our special night. 
Wouldn’t wish the place on my worst enemy. Could be such a nice place if it was run properly and not by a greedy cowboy.

What a gem tucked away in Westgate On sea. This function room is built into the Kent coastline and offers a wonderful secluded venue, very private and a great place for that special event or celebration. An ideal wedding venue in Kent.
