The booking system is beyond a joke - this place needs a (good) manager. The interior of the place looks like it's been unchanged since the dark ages - I have a theory that it's designed to depress you so much that you never want to bother them again. Most of the doctors are very good at their jobs.

I've always had good experiences at Winterton surgery, both for myself and my young son. They are obviously very busy and have a large patient list but they've always done their best to accommodate us.

Reception staff probably the most unhelpful have ever come across. Rude and just in a hurry to get rid of you.
