When I met Kerry I had been on a spiritual journey for many years with a spiritual fellowship through which I had undergone huge emotional change and spiritual growth. When I met Kerry on a spiritual retreat last November I had reached a point where I knew I wanted to deepen my spiritual awakening and find a way to connect more with my core self. After the retreat I began to get to know Kerry and she suggested reiki might be a way for me to clear my spiritual channels and so deepen my spiritual connection. I was aware of reiki having had some done many years ago but it turned out that reiki with Kerry was to be a very different experience!! Firstly it was distance reiki which my rational mind found very hard to compute! But I tried to be open minded and just go with the flow. I am so glad that I did! Over the next few weeks I had several distance reiki sessions with Kerry which stretched my mind and spiritual understanding in every way imaginable! Stretched in a good way I hasten to add!! What Kerry could see in me - through the amazing insight her reiki powers give her - was initially slightly unnerving but very quickly awe inspiring as she was so accurate in how she “read” my energy and what was stored in each of my chakras. The journey I have been on with Kerry has been incredible - she has identified and cleared lots of blocks in my chakras that have - I believe - freed me to move on to the next level of my spiritual and emotional growth and healing in this life. What I love about Kerry is how much she cares and how passionate she is about each person’s spiritual journey in life. Her “readings” of energy blocks are incredibly articulate and powerful. Kerry has incredible healing abilities. I was experiencing PMS symptoms, feeling irritable and low in mood. Kerrys warm manner made me feel at ease immediately. The session itself was deeply relaxing. I could feel a gentle wave light movement throughout almost lulling me off to sleep. The next day my symptoms had completely lifted. Very grateful!

To say this year so far has been difficult emotionally would be a massive under statement.That said new life paths are opening up too. And now with difficulties behind me a healing session to rebalance my energy pathways was needed. The session at enlightened life was about 1.5 hrs in duration, with another 20 minutes immediate feedback after- exploring energy blockages in detail. Kerry, then followed this up with detailed written feedback the next day, and encouraged further discussion of anything I had experienced in the healing session that I was not sure about. I must warn you, whilst you relax in beautiful chilled surroundings, and Kerry works on your energy blockages - no touching - you may experience some interesting physical sensations, as well as thoughts. Kerry doesn’t let you leave until you are settled and relaxed after the session, and she again checks in on you the day after to see how you’re feeling which I appreciated .. For me this healing experience, by channeling and redirecting my energy, was very intense I felt like I’d been hit by a bus the next day but really satisfying. Kerry provided confident, gentle expertise that put me at ease immediately . I will definitely have another session with Enlightened life Reiki.

I cannot speak more highly of Kerry and all she has done to help me. I decided to use this treatment as I was overrun by depression and anxiety to the point I couldn’t even leave my house anymore and I had no motivation for life at all. After just a few sessions I noticed a shift within myself and as we did more and more sessions I started to feel like I could start living my life again and I had the energy to get myself out of bed. I was able to heal and get better in the comfort of my own home and Kerry was always available if I needed her. I turned for help to Kerry with a sinus problem after the medical profession failed me. For over 6 years I was struggling with sinus issues. It all started after a cold, and the blocked nose never went away. For years, I was reliant on nose sprays in order to breathe. Having never had a sinus or breathing problem before I was looking for a cause of the issue, not just a treatment that will help me to manage symptoms and become chronically ill and dependent on medicine for the rest of my life. Deep inside I knew that our bodies are amazing creations and if taken care of in the right way they can fully heal. Kerry looked at my health issues in the most holistic way you will ever experience. She diagnosed my condition and what was causing it in the first session then we followed the treatment plan that was personalised to me. This allowed the underlying conditions to heal first before the presenting symptom sinus heals. The best way I found to explain this is "in the car when there is smoke coming out of the exhaust pipe my sinus the cause of the issue is often much deeper in the engine of the car digestive system, hormonal balance, micro-organisms, internal organs inflamations, etc and sometime even our unhealthy habits and believes. I learnt that our body is much more complex than traditional medicine currently appreciates. Throughout the healing process Kerry supported me every step along the way guiding and explaining what my body was doing. Kerry's energy allowed my body to enter into the healing mode and Kerry provided all the guidance on how to best support my body in this process. Those guidance included a variety of protocols on eating, meditation, morning and evening routines, how to change habits, how to be kind to myself, how to love myself more, how to listen to my body and more. It may sound like a lot but it was not all at once! Kerry broke it down for me and told me what to do when and provided a useful checklist for each healing stage to make sure that I know what to do. At the end of the healing with Kerry I have gained so much more than what I came to Kerry for. Yes, my sinus is healed, I can breathe again! I will be forever grateful for that! Moreover, I developed much more positive relationship with myself, I can fully relax now which I was not able to do before, enjoy the weekend, I don't feel guilty when I take a break from work, my self worth increased, I have a greater sense of the value I create at work for other people. The healing also helped me to work through the relationships with other people including my parents and colleagues at work. Life dont feel the same any more, it feels better, it is like when you upgrade your iphone once you are on a higher version of the iOS there is no way back. Now when I hear other people talking about some of their struggles in life, I recognise the old Me in their stories but it is no longer Me. I have a greater sense of who I truly am and that sense of myself and my truth is now unshakable. Thank you Kerry with all my heart for enhancing my life so much and healing my sinus too!

I just wanted to feel accepted, loved and content within myself. Looking back I would always focus more on others in relationships I wanted to fix them, always looking for faults so that I could end things on my terms before they could hurt me. That was a distraction from all the negative emotions I had within but wasn't ready to face. I would constantly compare myself to others, thinking their lives were better and easier and they were somehow better off because of their happy upbringing. I never felt good enough, was always settling and was scared to voice my opinions. I always went for/ attracted the wrong type of guys and felt like I was going round in circles making the same mistakes. After some soul searching I've decided to do some work on myself- it is a long process but I finally felt ready. I started going to see a therapist and slowly sharing my problems. I then met Kerry and never looked back. We had a couple of face to face sessions but then we switched to distance reiki which suited me better. I could have my treatments from the comfort of my own home win -win. Kerry is brilliant at what she does and I couldn't praise her or recommend her enough. She always gave me my energy download before each treatment and always explained what we were going to work on before each session. All what she was telling me was exactly what I needed to work on - and that's without me telling her anything. I can honestly say that I have dealt with all my demons now after about 10 sessions. I am finally happy and content with myself. This was a major transformation and my energy feels amazing now after shifting all the negative emotions and energy I had in me and getting rid of the walls I've put in place to protect myself over the years. My self love, self confidence and self belief are high now for the first time ever and my major triggers like fear of rejection are gone. Deep anxiety and stress have all disappeared thanks to her amazing gift! I'm so glad I've met Kerry and will be forever grateful for the work she'd done on me. I can finally say it feels good to be me and I'm now the person I was always meant to be!

Amazing and alleviated a lot of stress! I was a bit sceptical about Reiki as I had never done it before and didn't really know what it involved, but I was recommended I try it to relieve some stress which has bubbled up over the years. Due to a build up of stress, I had been suffering with sleeping problems and stomach issues, but during and after the session, Kerry uncovered a lot of what was causing that stress and ways to overcome that stress. After just a couple of sessions, my stress has been alleviated massively and I am sleeping 7-8hours/night again which is the first time ive been sleeping properly in a long time. Give it a try, you'll be very surprised!!

I had never had Reiki before but after a few sessions with Kerry my depression and anxiety were so so much better. I now feel that life is once again worth living. I would definitely recommend Kerry to anyone.

I went to see Kerry after a week of feeling run down and very ill. I was very sceptical at the idea of long distance reiki but was willing to give anything ago! As promised, within 2 days of this experience I went from struggling to get out of bed in the morning to bouncing out of bed at 6am. A true miracle worker and highly recommended
