Excellent customer service and made the bride feel very special. Joanne wasn't pushy but listened to the bride and offered suggestions at the right time. Even on our second visit, it wasn't about the sale but helping the bride to get her dream dress and not rushing us. Definitely recommend this shop and the helpful staff.

I can barely express how much the girls at the wedding house did to save my wedding day! I had a bridesmaid dress emergency the week before!! The girls at the wedding house responded to my fb messages on the Monday even though they were closed and reassured me there was something  they could do so i didn't have a sleepless night, on the Tuesday they really empathised with our situation and went above and beyond to help finding me a last minute emergency alternative exchange.  I got married on the Friday and both bridesmaids looked perfect!! 
We would all of course highly recommend their services.

I love this amazing shop, I wish it had been around when I was buying my wedding dress. I recently popped in to find an evening dress for a Christmas ball and they could not have been more helpful. The shop is warm and spacious, and the staff were all so lovely. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone. (and my dress looked stunning!)

The MOST welcoming wedding dress shop there is! I found services varied so much in shops and at such an important time you want to feel really special- this is what The Wedding House achieved. They were accommodating and helped make wedding dress shopping every bit as special as it should be. The shop is so pretty, clean, well stocked and organised so I would really recommend it!
