Myself and my mum called in to look at mother of the bride dresses. Marie was welcoming and took the time to listen to my mums preferences and gave a wide range of options to try. Marie was supportive and encouraging without being pushy which was much appreciated and professional. I would definitely recommend the wedding centre due to the wide range of options available and the professional service provided by Marie. Thank you.
Always a pleasure to call into the bank menswear/ vault tailoring, the staff are excellent, knowledgeable and always first class service, we did wait an extra few days on alterations to be done but we were made aware this is outsourced to an independent seamstress who is excellent by the way we understand that there is only so many hours in the day and she is extremely busy, and we would much rather our suits be done professionally than rushed. We had our suits back in plenty of time and are very pleased and know this does not reflect on the bank or vault. Always great value, Always great service, Always come away happy.
We visited The Wedding Centre in Randalstown the other night as we are getting married this year and wanted to start looking at suits. From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. I know it was busy, but that’s no excuse for the level of service we received.nnThere were no suits available to try on at all, which was disappointing in itself. When we asked about a particular suit on the mannequin because we wanted to see the colour properly, we were told it would “take too long” to put it back on. The overall attitude came across as uninterested and unhelpful.nnThere was no enthusiasm, no effort to help, and absolutely no customer service. It genuinely felt like they weren’t bothered about making a sale.nnSince then, we have visited two other suit shops and have now got our suits all sorted, and the experience was completely different, which really highlighted how poor this visit was.nnI won’t be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. If you want the proper wedding suit try-on experience, this is definitely not the place.
I had a very disappointing experience with the men’s suits service. There were multiple oversights, and the alteration process took significantly longer than expected. Additionally, the information advertised on their Facebook page did not accurately reflect the services provided, which was misleading.nBased on my experience, I would not recommend this shop for a wedding. I would suggest considering a more established formalwear retailer to ensure a smoother and more reliable experience.
