A very good and improved surgery. Although sometimes over running on appointment times, I've found the care and treatment first class and worth the wait. Using the online facility is easy, I look forward to that being expanded.

Putting my wife through unnecessary stress and pain, because they don’t communicate with each other, one doctor say just ring if you need anymore tablets but when you do,  we  can’t do that unless we see you.

Friendly, helpful staff but g. P. appointments are difficult to get, usually told to try again when next rota is out.   If it's urgent an  emergency practicioner can be seen but doctor of choice or doctor if its important is a thing of the past.

Every time I have been to this surgery My personal experienced of it has been of poor service

Gave me an appointment for Thursday 10th of November at 4:45 and when we arrived,  the staff were out training.   Didn't receive any notification that they couldn't carry my appointment out.

Good service understanding GPs. Dr Rowley and Dr Chera, literally lifesavers.

Waited twenty minutes on hold for the phone to be answered.   Gave up in the end
