Honestly by far the best waxing I’ve done. I’ve not waxed for a really long time blame the covid and was quite uncomfortable when I got there but the therapist put me at ease, she was very kind and engaged with me in conversation. I eventually became very comfortable. she did the job real quick and I almost had no pain thanks to her impressive technique.  Did have a hard time finding the place though.

I think the reviews on here really are not a true reflection of the business, and feel I have to write about my own experience. Personally I have been going to The Waxing Rooms [for waxes] for almost three years now, every time I have a fantastic experience. The staff are very professional and friendly, the service is very quick and most importantly by far the most pain free I have ever had. I wouldn't think twice about recommending them to friends and family, and have done over the time I have visited. Everyone I know who has been has always thanked me for the recommendation and commented on what a great service they received.

Yhe best waxing place in southside

I've been coming for waxing here for almost 3 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else! Claire is such a lovely professional woman who always remembers who I am even if I don't go for months. She is very fast and thorough job and we always have a good laugh!

Very unprofessional service by Mandy who does the semi-permanent makeup. Mandy knew when I booked the appointment that my mum was travelling a 180 mile round trip to attend with me in which Mandy claimed was no problem. We arrived today and my Mum was very sharply told that she would have to leave while I was getting them done as "No one can come in to tell her how to do her job".  Mandy made it very clear that she didn't wasn't our business by recommending that I didn't get it done because of the upkeep even though I already told her on the phone when booking that I completely understood and was willing to go through with the upkeep. She then began to get ready to do my eyebrows before she realised that she double booked me, even though she can remember making my appointment so even though my family had travelled up to be there, it was made clear that we were expected to leave. This was supposed to be a nice Christmas present, instead we were treated horribly and in a very unprofessional manner.

I've used other salons for waxing and I can honestly say Claire is by far the most professional therapist I've used.  The salon is impeccably clean, her technique is quick and pretty close to as pain free as waxing can be.  I've recommended The Waxing Rooms to others and would continue to do so.
