The wave was a really enjoyable place to visit, with a wonderful selection of slides of differing types. The lazy river was great for relaxing in, and the wave pool was great fun and stayed on for a decent length of time. The only thing that really let it down was the queues for the slides. I understand needing a certain capacity to ensure costs are covered, but at times we saw people queuing for over half an hour for a single slide, which is a decent chunk of the two hour time slot you're given. If you time it right though, you can hit them as the queues fluctuate so it's not a deal breaker
The best water park I've visited in the UK. The staff were well-organized and punctual, maintaining cleanliness in the changing rooms, showers, and toilets. Safety was a priority, with staff monitoring guests in every corner and screens at the front of rides ensuring everyone's safe descent. The water was clean, and the well-designed kids' areas were impressive. Although it felt a bit cold, the warm showers compensated. Conveniently located in the central part of Coventry, the park also featured a cost-effective soft play area and reasonably priced food and coffee.
Lovely place to spend time with the children during half term. Price for adults and children are pretty reasonable considering having various rides. There is small water park suitable for toddlers under 5years old. Lazy river is great to unwind from the rides. The wave pool is pretty forceful towards the wall but you can stand up as the water is just above the waistline. Was there on a Wednesday during Feb half term and was pretty packed.nThere is a discounted parking at Salt Lane Multi-storey car park : just remember to enter your car registration number on your way out.nOrganised with lifeguards at every corner.nWould definitely visit again.
What an amazing place!!nBrief caveat, be prepared to queue, you get a 2hr session and we spent at least half that waiting to get on the flumes but every single one is worth the wait!nMy personal favourite was the riptide, the drop took my breath away first time, brilliant one! My daughter preferred the crestar as she loved the chambers you get dropped into.nWe didn't get time to go on the cyclone and the torrent was closed so something to look forward to next time!nThere's plenty to do when taking a break from queueing. The lazy river is fantastic and the wave machine is great.nLove the reduced parking you get at the nearby car park, definitely a great idea!nThe centre is very close to a park and the city centre shopping so very easy to make a day of it.nWe will definitely return and bring friends to experience!
2 hours simply isn't long enough with the queues. We got on 2 slides any a quick go in the wave pool.nnThe staff were very friendly and facilities great. The slides we went on were amazing.nnFor £80 though to go on 2 rides as a family of 5, our money could have gotten a day trip elsewhere.nnA shame as the pool has something special but I can't justify the price for the queue times.
