Excellent service with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Food good quality. Lunched here four times! Highly recommended.

We had great experience in the restaurant here. The service was great and the waiter knew the menu and had a really friendly approach. The menu selection is awesome and being a vegetarian it was great to see some interesting options rather than the usual run of the mill options. Lovely location too, close to parking and overlooking the beach. Highly recommend

Great service, very quick and food arrived really quickly too. More than ample portion sizes and great value for money. Food was delicious and cocktails too. Would definitely recommend. Also an added bonus, most of the waiters are great eye candy

What a wonderful outlook, straight out to sea. The service was fast and efficient. The portions are generous and the price is good, for a place with stunning views. Only down side........  We asked for water as we were waiting for friends, we were given plastic cups and no ice. This was rectified when I asked for glasses and ice, so just a small niggle.

One of the nicest bars I've been to in Shanklin for atmosphere and service. Plus they have outdoor heaters so we sat outside in the storm watching the waves! The view is incredibleService: 5/5

Sleeping to the sounds of waves rolling up the beach was great. The service in the bistro was quick and polite.  Food was well presented and tasty.

Stayed a week, needed a break, never been to the Isle of Wight before. Excellent location, friendly staff, great choice of menu, and value for money. Good bus connections allowed me to travel around easily, safely. Peaceful with sound of the sea, throughout my stay, felt relaxed & made welcome. Picked a great place to stay and happy to recommend.

We Usually eat at the steamer next door but fancied a change. It started off so well being greeted by two such friendly and  attentive young men whom could not do enough to help . Then came to ordering I asked if I could have “Mac and cheese but with a salad and chips I’m happy to pay extra and not the garlic bread as advertised please ? “ The waiter said he had to ask the chef and he went off,  we heard him call out “Dave “ , and when he returned to the table he said the chef said no ! after  then having chosing a “lighter meal”  Mac cheese  no bread  and ordering  a side of chips  ! My daughters panini then came out with salad !  Can you believe it ! ?  The pretentiousness of someone not being able to assemble on one plate 3 items is shocking ! But then upon eating the Mac and cheese I can imagine what sort of chef Dave is ! A little tip here for you seasoning helps alot to prepackaged food ! No wonder your establishment was empty such a shame won’t be returning
