Amazing food using local produce. Lovely venue and well position by the sea. Can highly recommended. The staff were wonderful too. We went on Friday and back again today as we loved it so much. Well worth booking ahead so you are not disappointed.
Lovely staff, friendly service, new summer menu which was hard to choose from as so much lovely food, all seemed really yummy. Food won't disappoint. We had the smoked haddock daily special, seafood sharer platter and tiger prawns starter. Beautiful sea views and calming decor. Will definitely return
Food was lovely, especially the brownie. Really enjoyed our meal here after not visiting for a few years. Sea views out the window and outdoor seating available. Staff were friendly and attentive
This is a lovely restaurant and bar by the sea! It's the perfect place to enjoy a quiet evening meal or a nice pint. A nice selection of food available : will be back.
Lovely beer though just a tad warm for my liking. Really interesting choice of bitter, 1 I'd never come accross before. Enjoyed sitting outside looking over the scenery. Lovely place and will probably come back to eat soon
Very nice seaside restaurant and seems it’s the only one in the area that open for all season. The sea view is just awesome! Seafood dishes here is great!
What a lovely restaurant, the view out to sea was inspiring. So much so I took a photo as we were making our way to the car which was parked up the hill. We enjoyed our meals. I must say I drank their local ale, I believe it was called Atlantic IPA. The staff were generally young, but don't let that fool you.
Found this restaurant on a day trip to the Isle of Wight. The staff went out of there way to help us as we hadn't booked a table. We had made our own mini seafood platter by ordering off the starter menu. The food was well presented and tasted fantastic we had crispy fried spiced, calamari, crispy fried whitebait , roasted whole tiger prawns and warm garlic mushroom profiteroles. This was an amazing combination. For desert we had a Knickerbocker glory, Wight ice sorbet and my favourite was the Plum,pear and Cranberry crumble with custard. They cater for all appetites as they had a large vegan selection and even offered to make a custom pasta dish for my daughter. The tables are shielded from each other due to covid. I will say this has become my favourite restaurant with amazing views, friendly staff and fantastic food.
Great food in a superb location overlooking the Solent. Quick polite service from all involved. Very good portions for the price. Likely return in future visits to the IOW. Parking: Plenty of pay parking along esplanade. Wheelchair accessibility: From what I saw wheelchair access was very good.
Tried booking a few days ago but fully booked. Would appear to be very popular, stunning location. Turned up in the evening, was told if there's a table in the garden you can eat from the outside menu, went for cod and chips and a beer, excellent service, great food and stunning view of sunset. Also dog friendly.
