I went to the watch lab to get the little bar in my watch strap fixed.  What a lovely friendly guy, he was so professional and did my watch repair for free.  True act of kindness. I was really surprised and grateful.  Thank you so much.  100% recommend. Thank you.

Outstanding and very helpful service today by Carl. We had put a new battery in a Rotary watch ourselves but couldn't fix the seal on. Within seconds and with the right tool it was back on. Really pleased with The Watch Lab and highly recommended.

My wife took her watch into Goldsmiths in Solihull as the winder to change the time was stuck so faced sending it back to the manufacturer, which was going to prove costly. They suggested we try The Watch Lab in Touchwood. Carl took the back off the watch, cleaned the moving parts involved and resealed it there and then. All sorted in about 10 minutes- the man is a magician! Totally recommend!

I took my watch into The Watch Lab touchwood, Solihull with the task of fixing a broken ceramic strap which was very fiddly due to middle pieces being chipped, and outer pieces broken. However, Yusra was absolutely amazing, super helpful and very friendly, taking the watch and having it fixed within a couple of hours. The strap is perfect, with no sign of it ever being broken, and the service cannot be faulted.

Took my 15 yo Citizen Eco-Drive here yesterday. Watch had stopped working. Technician told me capacitor needed replacing at this age. Expected to pick up after the weekend as parts needed to be ordered. Received text today to collect. Watch fixed, resealed, 2 year guarantee. Excellent service.
