Bought a watch for my wife,the manager was very helpful he adjusted the strap for her also he gave her a card for her first battery replacement to be done free I can recommend this shop to anyone was very happy with the service we received.

i just went in to the shop without a watch needing fixing, and didn't think they would entertain my sunglasses that needed a quick fix, but the "wee ginger laddie" that was working went and done it for a small fee. am absolutely delighted as specsavers ect wouldn't do it no matter what. cheers again ma wee ginger buddy

I have used watch hospital for several years. Yes they charge maybe slightly more that you would expect but their service is worth paying for. The staff that work there are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and, most importantly, honest. Once I went there for a battery change but it turned out that wasnt the case and resolved my problem FOC. Recently I went back with another watch that needed a battery change and the watch was not only repaired but was set exactly to the second. Love the attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

Went in her for the first time as I needed my watch strap fitting and I was verry happy with the fast reliable service at a fair price, I would highly recommend him.
