Simply gorgeous food: fry ups to wholefood giant salads; rarebit; curry; milkshakes; cakes; tea and coffees. All vegan, all amazingly yummy 😋

Bland food. Its good that vegan food is becoming trendy enough to warrant specialised eateries but the wallflower's food suffers from a lack of taste and substance. They could benefit greatly from sourcing some real artisan sourdough. The wild bread bakery is a local supplier with fantastic produce. On the upside their cakes were very good. (Maybe stick to using oils and nut butters rather than plant based spreads) The wallflower seems to focus on ethics at the cost of health. It is entirly possible and simple to cook vegan and not sacrifice health. While their choice to prioritise ethics over quality is a valid one i am just suggesting that it is possible to do both. A move away from "meat substitutes" and towards whole foods would be a tremendous start in my opinion. We need places that show society it is easy to have a healthy, tasty, wholesome and cruelty free lifestyle.
