Great local pub landlord always welcoming,just wish the local young lads could kerb their language. Other than that great beer,great local. Great quiz night,no out of this world questions,defo not hard,not super easy but a great laugh,every Thursday night,plus play your cards right for cash jackpot and bingo and free supper,starts 8pm it's a great night,not like the other local quize's where you have to think of Encyclopedia answers!

Popped in for a swift pint after a night out with friends, before calling a cab home. Friendly staff, nice pint. Reasonably busy for a local. What's not to like?

Typical village pub just lacks food, but there is a fish shop over the road and sandwich shop at the other side. Very cheap for soft drinks. I'm not a drinker so can't comment on alcohol. Bar manger is friendly enough and send to know all the regulars.

Great people - bar staff are great and karaokes on Saturday are brill
