 Scammer Vista Insurance is hustling with so-called ticket company 'Skiddle'   Their game is making you pay extra £3 on top of ticket price under the name of "refund protection" Once you could not attend the event due to organisers' fault, they will not refund your money back even tho your ticket was "protected"  Avoid these scammers: Skiddle and Vista Insurance. Disgusting business, disgusting behaviour.

Used Vista for my holiday let property insurance. Good product, good service and competitively priced.

Bought x2 tickets for £43 including the refund package. Tried sorting this 2 weeks ago and have been ignored with no return call! Called and waited all day yesterday - ignored again. Called today at 9:30am and didn’t get a call back until 3:30pm. Anyway, since I cannot go due to a bereavement I’m expected to ask for a death certificate to get my money back!? This is absolutely shocking. I won’t be using vista or anyone who deals with them. Your people skills are as vile as your policy - I paid for a refund and waited over 2 weeks for this. So basically you’ve just taken my money!  AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!  Thanks a lot

What a waste of time. I been given their email by Skiddle in order to make a refund claim. Ive emailed and asked how do I need to make a claim. Been advised to provide supporting documents, copy of tickets etc. Sent everything to the same email. Haven't heard for all month. Have a call, they can't find anything, however someone has replied back to the email asking for same info. I had to resend again. Been advised everything is submitted to the insurance company and I will be advised within 5 working days. Today on 31/01/2019 is 7th day and still nothing. Asked for an update 2 days ago but no one has replied. Can't describe how frustrating dealing with them is. Avoid!
