Great spot! Lovely to sit outside, lots of grass and a play structure for kids. Food was good and served quickly. I can't comment on the inside as I didn't go in myself. You order by scanning a QR code on the table into an app that you need to download first. There is wifi for this. However you have to go in to get your own cutlery and napkins etc. The waiters will only bring the food to the table that's it. Would definitely go back to try more!
Had lunch here. The sandwiches were dry and below par. The sausages were as hard as stone and disgusting. I left most of my sausage sandwiche on the plate. The chips were OK as were the Popcorn Chicken. Services was slow.... 3 sandwiches and a bowl of chips/nuggets too 45mins, and the place was empty. Definitely will not return.
We booked for Mothers Day and was not disappointed! All 8 of us had the roast dinner and the portion size was really good and plenty of everything on the plate. We have eaten here a few times now and never had any complaints with the food or anything else. Will definitely be coming again soon!
We ordered half a rack of ribs, which looked like a kids portion. Be aware if you were expecting a decent size rack of ribs.
Booked table for 5.30 was seated after both going toilet they took our order, by 5.55 we got our drinks mine now watered down where ice melting obviously been sitting waiting to be served, no they was not busy ! Finally got our Sunday roast on a Sunday at 6.15 stuffing dry and hard, potato's small dry and soft, lumps of meat. Waited another 15 minutes with empty glasses and plates waiting to order desert and fresh drinks all empty tables around us nobody came over, went to bar paid walked out.....very poor service and you don't know who is serving as not in uniform.
Just had lunch from the festive menu. Really delicious, perfect size too. Many thanks to Rex the chef. I would recommend absolutely.
Waited ages had lamb shank was tough as old boots and pink. Couldnt eat it. Veg was nice but just left it all couldnt be bothered meat put me off. They didnt even ask why i left it. No baby changing either. Big shame cause pubs been done up and should do better than that.
The food is alright. The decor is quite nice. Atmosphere can be a bit flat, especially on week nights
Very welcoming staff, good food and pleasant atmosphere. The service was a little slow but it didn't matter as we were quite a large group having a great time with each other.
Had Christmas Day dinner food was lovely nice size portions staff were welcoming & helpful & polite atmosphere was perfect lovely time was had by all thank you would highly recommend
