Great hotel in the middle of Southport. Attentive service at front desk. Quiet hallways. Clean room.nnThe Vincent Restaurant, accessible from street or from hotel lobby, serves excellent meals all day long.nnBreakfast buffet with eggs to order welcomed us with a hearty  breakfast all week long. Lunch and dinner also surprised. Try the scallops and bread pudding for lunch Fresh cod and steak fillet were memorable.  Great food at reasonable price. Staff provided top-notch service. Diane the Manager, was hands on, making sure guests were happy all the time.

Beautiful hotel room was lovely except for the bath/shower it was very deep with a step up to get in. I didn't use it as I wouldn't have been able to get out of it. In the future, I will ask for a walk-in shower. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice but food was not very hot. Staff were lovely, and the service was excellent. Would recommend

Lovely hotel. Staff amazing! The rooms are very classy and decorated to a high standard. We will be arranging to stay here again. Special mention to the bar staff last night for making us feel so welcome Nathan and also, the nice lady on reception this morning. What a lovely place. Thank you!!

Went to a friends birthday lunch celebration here at the V cafe, located inside the hotel.nLovely decor , the separate bar smelled like a SPA , it was lovely! The hotel it’s pretty and modern chic.nThere was around 20 of us and we enjoyed the meal. The staff were well prepared as we had pre ordered our food with being such a large party they were calling names out for our food which was good as it made sure we all got our meals together. I had the fillet steak, was nice, slightly overdone for a fillet and could have done with some veg but the chips were super nice. Enjoyed two of the desserts ; sticky toffee pudding and their take on Eaton mess which I wasn’t a massive fan of everything was nice in it apart from the random pieces of white chocolate but personal preference I just didn’t like the taste. But the fruit etc was nice, drinks were good. I enjoyed two pina colada’s  - lots of outdoor seating too. The restaurant was packed so I would recommend booking in advance. We enjoyed our afternoon and lunch.

We recently stayed here and WOW. It completely exceeded all of our expectations. We recently got engaged and were having a little break away to celebrate. We were treated like royalty! Diane the hotel manager very kindly upgraded us on our second night to the most amazing suite. Everything was perfect.nThe staff are outstanding and can’t do enough for you. Southport does get a bit of a bad reputation but this hotel more than makes up for that!nI have stayed in many hotels around the world and I can honestly say the Vincent is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Nothing was too much trouble and we were really looked after.nThank you for such an amazing experience and we will definitely be back!!
