I held a surprise party for my partners 30th birthday on Saturday and it was amazing!nnJolene was extremely helpful from start to finish and made it so easy for me to organise. The staff on the night were fantastic and I couldn’t fault them at all. I had arranged a fluid buffet and they went round to all guests with the different options. Nothing was too much trouble for them and contributed significantly to the evening going as well as it did.nnI would highly recommend the Vincent for a private party, the space in their function room is fantastic and very versatile!

The Vincent is a fabulous hotel with brilliant staff, I can't praise them enough.nAll of the front of house staff were exceptionally friendly and they couldn't do enough to help.nA special thank you to them for their lovely gesture on my wedding day too.nAs for the rooms, they are spacious and clean, with very comfortable beds and excellent bathrooms.nThe restaurant is superb too, both for breakfast and for an evening meal.nThanks again for a wonderful stay!

Brought OH here for his birthday. Wow. The room was lovely. The bed was huge. Had to ask for an extention from reception as no plugs near the bed for medical equipment. This did not spoil the stay as was handed one no questions.nWhilst staying i requested a bottle of prosecco to the room on the day of his bday. When we came back from a walk it was there with a lovely surprise for him too.

We’ve stayed at The Vincent on many occasions over recent years to visit family in the area. The hotel never lets us down - rooms always perfect, fantastic service and super friendly staff… and the restaurant is always brilliant - great breakfasts and the evening menu really special with a great atmosphere. When we stay it feels like coming home… thank you Team V!!

Excellent hotel in the heart of Southport so close to bars and restaurants etc.  staff were very friendly and courteous and couldn't do enough.  Stayed for a Christmas party night and food was very good and breakfast excellent.  Room was large and spacious with a large fridge and Aircon and modern bathroom.nnHighly recommended and would definitely return.
