I have dined at the restaurant before but have not previously had the pleasure of staying in the hotel. The grand entrance was immaculately presented, the friendly staff offered me help with my luggage and check in was a breeze. The room itself was a great size, the bath would not be to everyones taste (Japanese Style) but I loved it, it was spacious complemented with quality soaps and shampoo's. The bed was grand and the sliding window shutter was a great addition allowing complete blackout for early sunrises. The restaurant as ever was fabulous and the bar was comfortable and a great service was received from both the restaurant and bar staff and the hotel staff too. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

Lovely boutique hotel. Great location, in the centre of lovely Lord Street. Excellent restaurant. Room was funky but comfortable. Fold-away beds were tiny cots - not really suitable for older kids. Check what is actually included when you pay extra for breakfast. Service was friendly and efficient.

Been several times and have minimal complaint. Food is always delicious, both when I've been there as part of a smaller group and as part of a large function (wedding and a work event for over 100 people). Only slight snags are the price (owing to the clientele they are after) and cocktails take too long to be made (10+ minutes, didn't matter whether it was a simple cocktail or a slightly more complex one). The snags aren't enough to reduce the score though, just worth a little mention.

Attended a family party in one of the function rooms at the Vincent, a beautiful hotel with lovely facilities for visitors. Food was really lovely, and staff great and well attentive. Well located on Lord Street too.
