Registered my cat here today and used to take my dog to the practice before he sadly passed away. Very friendly, informative and professional staff. The service is very reasonably priced and the pet care plans are great. I'm very happy I returned to the practice. A big thank you to all the team.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful, making what can be a tough or emotional time very calm and easy. The staff always recognise our pets, and ask after one if we bring the other in. We originally joined when moving into the area because it was the only local vet offering the Healthy Pet Club we had been part of with our previous vets but have stuck with them through several house moves as we are so happy with the service.
Registered my kittens at this practice and can’t fault my experience, everyone was friendly, vets were informative, price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this practice!
Staff always lovely and this place runs a very smooth operation. Can't fault the service at all and everyone here shows great care. As with all vets, the prices are high, but that's the reality of having a pet.

Both my dogs are registered here and have been for a few years! The team are always so friendly and helpful, couldn't recommend them enough! One of my dogs has recently suffered from Pancreatitis and the vet was extremely thorough with her examinations and he is now on the road to recovery after 2 nights at their animal hospital in Caterham, who were also excellent and able to offer amazing advice to help with the after care!
Always taken our cats there and they have been helpful and not too expensive. Very convenient if you live on the village. They do have a larger practice with a hospital and a cat holiday home in Caterham.
Excellent service by Katie the receptionist & an appointment made that day for the dog we are looking after. Vet & receptionist then on duty very caring and thorough. Expensive for a 5 min appointment, but I guess that’s just the fees vets are able to charge.
Lovely staff, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Always try to do the best for us and the animals rather than just run it as a business which is a refreshing change. Never had an issue with them at all. Thank you
