I was in Village Surgery today to do aftercare checkup after Surgical MALPRACTICE happened last week. I went for a very simple, common "cosmetic" treatment, to wash my ears out. I have done it earlier at other GPs, it should not be a big deal. The old Indian nurse actually hurt my middle ear during the treatment, that I told her straight away. She absolutely didn't seem somebody who knows what she is doing. The same when she collected blood sample, to be honest I could do it better than she. She called the doctor, in the meantime I cleaned up some blood dropped from my ear. I had to pay for prescripted antibiotic ear spray to treat something that was caused by the GP staff. This is unacceptable, the only reason I did not inform my solicitor is this was just a minor incident. I have changed GP due to this and don't suggest to anybody to be a patient at the Village Surgery, New Malden.

Worst surgery and extremely rude and unhelpful staff, the doctors never take time to actually listen to you when you go for appointment. The other day I booked a phone consultation but when I called in the doctor was not available? How unprofessional is that. The receptionist didn't apologise for it but she just said that the doctor had the right to step out the office even though they know they have an appointment booked. I asked if she could call me back she said no?! So I called back again after 10min and guess what the doctor was not even there! Is this a joke of surgery I've seen a lot with this place don't have time to type everything, but this one is discusting. Especially since they knew my situation very well. I'm warning anyone that it is thinking of signing up with this GP don't do it, you will regret it!

I have found the reception staff to be very helpful everytime. The doctors are very understanding especially Dr yokobi.. he always has the time, and never rushes you.. i have never had to wait for an appointment. Great service.

Really helpful friendly staff really helped me to get an appointment when I was new to the surgery and ran out of my inhalers, lovely nurse too. Very happy with them so far. Thank you.

I'll give them zero stars if I could but I guess that one star can be awarded to the head receptionist who is the only one that gives good customer service. Both male GP's are dreadful. When they are stressed they take it out on you, they need to see a psychologist because they can't handle the pressure at work. Should not be working in this field if you are going to rush patients and misdiagnose them just because you've had enough of working and want to see the back of them. No patient care what so ever. Most of the receptionist are unfriendly and not helpful but one lady. They all need to see a psychiatrist due to mental health. I'm not the only person giving 1 star so that's saying a lot about this place. Go register else where.
