Very poor overall. Highly dissatisfied and will be going privately.  For example: I presented needing a certain scan as independently checked by other doctors. Obviously need the scan, but the practice didn't want to arrange it and instead wants someone else to, which makes no difference except that rather than waiting for a few weeks, it will be many months. I get the waiting times for NHS in general are long, but this is artificially making it worse for no reason plus it costs the NHS more to do this

Fantastic service, all staff very approachable, caring and professional.  Dr Stamp in particular, could not be wish for a better doctor,!  caring, efficient and empathetic,  thank you so much.

Moved  not very far....from another practice in the same building! to this GP practice. They are absolutely fantastic....the whole team! The reception staff are so friendly and helpful  and do all they can to assist. Spoken to various GP's on the phone who have all been incredibly good...there's a common theme that they are listening patiently...never feels rushed. Only seen Dr Khan face to face.... and she is fantastic. Wish I'd moved years ago

The whole team here are so helpful, efficient and of course professional. The Reception team always give you confidence when speaking with them on the phone, that what they say they will do, they actually do and quickly!!  I hope I never leave the Timperley area, as I would hate to lose this wonderful Surgery.  Thank you All

I have been with this surgery for over 30 years and think they are fabulous. Receptionists are friendly and helpful and I've always been able to get an appointment the same day or the following day, unlike other surgeries where you seem to have to be able to predict at least a week in advance that you are going to be ill! Most doctors give you the time that you need and although they often run late, this is because they understand that 5 mins isn't always enough. Can't praise them enough.

Almost impossible to get an appointment at this surgery. I was told to call the next day at 8 a.m. I called back the following day at 8:09 a.m. only to be told there were no appointments left. This goes on day after day.  Anyhow let's hope I don't die after being forced to buy some dodgy backstreet anti-inflammatories and painkillers due to being unable to get an appointment at my doctors again

Best Dr's by far! Reception staff are all lovely and very welcoming, the Dr's are just amazing as is their nurse! Couldn't ask for better treatment there!
