I was warmly greeted by a friendly and helpful person when I arrived for my COVID booster. I was then seen promptly for the inoculation, delivered by a professional and friendly lady. Overall, a very good experience.
So easy to get there by bus. Lovely welcome from the lady booking me in. Only a couple of people waiting. I was in and out so quickly, lovely, friendly nurse. Nice easy experience, no stress.
I have visited the pharmacy quite a few times to collect medication and they are always very friendly and helpful. I have also used the pharmacist service which is brilliant. Every pharmacist I have seen have been quick but thorough and able to put my mind at rest when a doctors appointment is not an option.
Excellent service from our usual Clinician. Professional in ensuring he checked details of any medication being taken. Very impressed by the extremely impressive professionalism displayed by my usual Clinician. My wife, Linda was also highly impressed by the service she received from her Clinician. Very many thanks to you both
Usually a great pharmacy but there is one receptionist lady who is utterly and completely rude to customers. Husband has been in three times and she is so rude to him, so much so 2 other customers have commented to him on her behaviour and how she treats them also. Poor service.
