Motel was fine, but the owner was probably the rudest most unwelcoming person I have ever given my money to !! Had this room not already been booked and paid for we would have moved somewhere else!! She ran from the office angry holding her sandwich screaming at me about where I parked?? Saying I had interrupted her lunch, I would never go back here for that reason.
We stayed in a family unit which had a bedroom containing 2 single beds with king bed in main room. Being dog friendly was the reason we chose it. It suited us perfectly. Spacious, warm, clean unit. Close to a supermarket. Charming helpful hosts. We will definitely return.
Stayed here on a work trip. Room was clean, well presented, quiet and spacious. The host was very welcoming, friendly, accommodating, helpful and went beyond to make me feel relaxed. Location is great as it is convenient to all the ammenities of Havelock village. Have placed future bookings for return visits. Highly recommended as a perfect place for those that do lots of corporate travel.

We stayed the weekend in the 2 bed family apartment. It was spacious and mostly clean but we were quite disappointed to see that there was still quite a bit of dirt and detritus on the floors especially where the carpet didn't quite meet the skirting boards. The walls were damaged especially on the corners, door frames and skirting boards and the aqua blue wall colour made it feel dark and dreary. The kitchenette was very dated and didn't seem clean to cook in so we didn't use it. The curtain rail fell down and the bathroom fan was falling out of the ceiling. The linen was generally clean apart from my pillow which was stained yellow. On the upside the location was great and the staff were lovely. I just wish they'd refresh this room because I wouldn't stay again as it is.

My fiance and I, enjoyed staying here. Location of the motel was very central, 2-5min walk from town centre. The room was very spaceous and had all the amenities we needed. Very large bathroom area and a open shower. The spa was very nice and large, good for a soak after a day out and about we will definitely be back and recommending this place to others
Great location handy to everything, nice owners too. The lady at the front desk said "it was nice meeting you" people nowadays have forgotten the value of common customary rituals and greetings. They obviously have not. It was truly nice meeting you too, Teresa
Awesome stay, lovely lady booked ourselves and our 2 dogs in for 2 nights. Room was very clean, well stocked with everything you might need. And oh the spa bath, so nice after a day's travel. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
