Had food from here a while DELIVERY sometimes the food has been over greasy but all in all has been ok until this week when our food was delivered the tray had melted and made a hole in 3 of our meals 2 wasn't as bad and hadn't gone threw but the other meal had the plastic tray in it when I call granted it was 15 mins since it was delivered tell them what's happened and don't even get an apology or offered to have it replaced just that it was delivered 25 minutes ago and they used to have that problem but thought it was sorted CLEARLY NOT and it wasn't 25 mins and even if it was I still had melted tray in my food because of their fault ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED when I've had missing chips, food that's to greasy to eat but I never complained but a whole meal ruined with no apology LOST A CUSTOMER FOR SURE

Placed a food order this evening. What a waste of time and effort. Waited over 30minutes for the food after I was told to collect after 15minutes. I was patient and understood things happen and I was completely fine with that. I got home after waiting 30minutes to find some of the order was missing (only a bag of chips but still it's not the point) called back up and explained and all I got back was "sorry about that, come back and il give you a large bag instead" I can safely say I won't be returning!

My brother and I opened this chippy in 1969 from an empty shell it had a few changes over the years but we still call in when in the area first class fish and very nice chips
