I have been using Village Blooms for the past three to four years and have found their product and service to be excellent every time. The staff are always helpful and give excellent advise and put together lovely bouquets.

Very disappointed.  Been using this shop for 20+ years to be told "No" when asking for delivery this weekend as the shop was shut.  I dont mind the shop being shut, but there was no alternative option, like perhaps Friday would have been OK?  Very very bad service.  Lost my business now.

I contacted Karen in the hope she could deliver some flowers to my mother for her 70th birthday. Although this was a last minute request and I live in the USA, she made this happen and even delivered the beautiful bouquet after closing time. Amazing service from our local shop!

Ordered flowers over the internet with ease for my mums birthday, bouquet arrived and she was very pleased with them "they were the best she'd had" she said.
