Hotel was not bad only problem was parking issues only 4 cars space no more some person blocked me and the person in charge on the night could not find the car who actually blocked me from leaving premises. I Personally would not recommend this
I stayed 1 day in room number 13, the shower doesn’t work at all seriously no water and reception is always empty once they have sent you to your room. Very inconvenient exits. However, the price is very cheap. The only part that is unacceptable is that the shower doesn’t work at all but shampoo and soap were provided. Very friendly Indian family though.
Owner of hotel is great. But staff are not doing their chores and duties to standards. It's a shame as it's a decent hotel but needs attention to address minor room issues. Shower not working, rooms very dirty, only 1 cleaner, whom never wears a face mask. Windows that don't close, hence putting up with Aircrafts landing every 2 minutes, No Reception at Hotel. Access only at rear via muddy and unlit alleyway, no lighting as walking to Hotel. Trip hazard. This hotel is HOTEL HOUSE OF HORRORS.
Nice place to drink with good atmosphere. The food is a bit over priced and I rate it at 7/10 So could be better. But overall a nice place.
Only worth staying here of you are staying for a short trip. The pros are; 1. It is a budget hotel and I was paying £23 per night for which I got a pretty big room. I stayed there for 10 nights. 2. It is close to the airport. The cons are; 1. I didnt have a working wifi connection for the first 3 days 2. The room was unclean. 3. The heating wasnt working. 4. The room service didnt fix up the room whilst I was out during the day. 5. The coffee and tea were in weird plastic containers, and the glasses provided were polystyrene maybe due to COVID. 6. The reception, is in the restaurant downstairs, but the restaurant is closed all the time! Even though they told me it would be open 10 to 8pm so no 24hr. Reception - you will have to contact the staff on a mobile number they have provided on a paper stuck to the door. 7. Finally, since the front entrance is of the restaurant's, which is closed. You will have to use the back alley door all the time. And that road was wet and flooded most of the time.
Rude manager and will never advise anyone to stay here. Cancelled booking within minutes and shouted at and told not getting money back all should avoid this place as dishonest and rude manager on fiddle STAY AWAY
Had a small sports bar feel. Mostly guys day drinking and talking. Lovely meals and very accommodating more than happy to turn the final off and put the rugby on. Did get a couple of orders wrong and we had the our first ever spicy korma, but it was actually lovely.

Service was good owner is really friendly it was OK for 1 night
Very difficult to find as the sign is rotting away . Also the car park is very difficult to find, it's around the back of the restaurant and only has room for 2 or 3 cars . Was like a lake when I stayed . The exterior and car park are in poor state of repair. The check in for hotel is quite difficult also . Arriving at the restaurant/hotel I couldn't see an entrance . Then spotted a phone number stuck to the window . I called it and a man very ubruptly asked me my name and then hung up !! I thought what is happening??! Then I saw a lady with a baby in her arms inside the restaurant and she came and opened the door . Now , this lady couldn't speak any English making check in virtually impossible. She went off and got me a key and I found the room . Once in the room all is good . The rooms are actually decent. So all in all for the price and location to Heathrow it's not bad . Rooms well equipped with TV, desk, chair, clothes hanging space, kettle with tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Bathroom is good also with soap, shower gel and shampoo. Although the temperature control on the shower did not work and was stuck on super hot! This was the single room so maybe different in others .
