Burford is a must see place in the Cotswolds. Lovely church and beautiful high street with plenty of tea rooms, cakes, coffee etc. Parking can be a little difficult if you're disabled but if you can find a spot to park this is well worth visiting.
A nice mostly 12th century church , with interesting architectural details, it was a bit messy inside but that was expected since it was under construction! Lots of history to discover here!
This church is absolutely amazing. It is a fairytale place in the middle of the countryside. Lovely, lovely.
Nice picturesque place to visit, with some medieval history behind. It's one of the three churches around which are interesting. It is outside the regular touristic route in Burford, so it's not that stressful. Look for the skeleton made out of marble inside.
A stunning historical church with beautiful stain glass windows that was an absolute pleasure to browse around, the outside area is equally picturesque with the cemetery area that has plenty of headstones to quietly read.
Beautiful 13th century church that is amazingly well preserved in this picturesque town. The architecture is stunning and services are still available regularly. This is a must see even for non Christians. One of the highlights of my visit to the Cotswolds.
This is very ancient church. You'd get to see the old clock and other church related things inside. This church is still in use with fabulous maintenance. The church also has meditation room where you can sit and avail peace
Lovely old historical church. Information provided about its history which is great. Particularly liked and old mausoleum with a mainly stone skeleton underneath it and a restored old clock mechanism.
Its beautiful, unfortunately tha day we arrived the church was closed for visitors for all day.
A most puzzling church which makes it fascinating.Very friendly and knowledgeable people.Give it a go.
