Audiology appointment for my 5 year old.  I couldn't fault the doctor and audiology specialist. Seen on time and things explained.

Rude recepiton workers on the phone amd in person. Called 2 days in a row and all o got a was rudeness and no appointment thanks vesey practice for nothing

I am so frustrated with this practice. I have tried to call for an appointment for my mum who is dads carer. On hold for 35 minutes, started at 6 in queue, got to 1st and it cut me off!!.This is always happening and its very stressful. Very very unhelpful.

Amazing, friendly and very understanding staff, always willing to help if possible and put you at ease. Doctors go above and beyond to help you in any way shape or form possible... a credit to their profession..
