Superb vets, one of the best I’ve ever been to. It’s not fancy but you definitely get the feeling that everyone genuinely cares. Other vets can sometimes feel like they’re more about the money, but that’s definitely not the case here. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Sarah has been amazing with my dog. She has been very informative and has thoroughly tested what could be the issue with his eye. She has been very empathetic and understanding with my situation & dog. The vet itself is very clean, all of staff are welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend to anyone looking for the best care for their pet, I feel my dog and I have been very well looked after!

We have used these vets for years and don't have anything bad to say about them. Chris has always been wonderful and completely understanding that one of our dogs really doesn't like being at the vets and can be bit of a handful when being examined.  If I could leave more than five stars I definitely would. 100% recommend to anyone

Very efficient as usual. Dogs needed claws clipped not easy to say. Appointment was within 48 hours so delighted with that. Great service, dogs were delighted with that!

Would never go anywhere else, Chris and his colleagues are always helpful, kind and caring. The first port of call the front reception staff are always polite, smiling and friendly, they're just a great team, everyone there.

Took my cat in an emergency, I wasn’t registered as I’ve just moved here. They contacted  my old vet for history, took blood tests and observed for the day. Got results and medication 2 days later and my cat started to improve by the end of that day. Very happy with the service, everyone I meet was very friendly. Now my new vet.

All Staff have stayed the same since the transition to medivet which is comforting for their clients to know there is consistency. All Staff from reception team to veterinary nurses and surgeons are caring and supportive. Chris Huddleston is, in our opinion amazing

I took a very sick stray cat here last week.. my neighbour had also taken him.  We were both told him was very sick, old with hardly any teeth.. he was pooing without knowing and until 2 nights before, was very feral.. so when he was obviously so desperate for help.. Valley vets told us he still had plenty of life in him. I offered to put him to sleep as he was obviously suffering.. but they were happy to let him go on in that condition.. He curled up and died in my hedgehog house 3 nights later... Anyone with a heart would have helped.. so no, dont recommend, I would never take my much loved pets there.

The best vets and reception staff! Rescued Lexie over 8 years ago, and from her very first appointment with Chris she was totally at ease being examined! Totally the best in Stevenage

Amazing service at this vets. Nurse Lilly is amazing and so is the reception staff, nothing is too much trouble. My rescue dogs were so scared to come to the vets and Lilly has built up an amazing rapport with them it makes it so much easier. Thank you
