Brilliant surgery - extremely attentive vets. Chris is very approachable and informative. They seem to care deeply about the animals they see - they're always ready to give advice for the well-being of your pet. The receptionists seem quite friendly and if you're a regular, they recognise your pets before you even check in. The only thing I'd say is that the place needs expanding. With 5+ dogs in the waiting area, or can get noisy and if your pet is not the most well-behaved one, there are loads of things to get excited about! All in all though, I'd highly recommend this place - it's easily the best one around.

It is a small Vets but with a big heart for animal welfare! Chris & Rachel have been looking after my two dogs for many years, they both are amazing Vets that have true care and love for animals. My Springer Spaniel use to be scared of the vets, but not here! Great team of assistants there that are wonderful answering questions in a friendly and extremely helpful manner. When there are other Vets there, I have found them just as great in care. Chris chooses his team well. So i highly recommend this vets!

This vet practice is awesome.  They put your animal welfare first (you as a customer are important but to me it seem their number 1 priority is your pets welfare) They show deep respect for the animals they treat. And as for customer service they never make you feel out of the loop They will explain everything in great detail and the follow up service is great.  And they offer value for money.  When to be honest they could be charging far more for the first class service all round that they provide. For a small practice that is very busy they still make you feel that your pets health is the most important thing. And your not just a cash flow thing with the quickest turn around.  They have treated both my dogs who have both had surgeries and both my dogs can not wait to walk through the door.  If my dogs are eager to return to a place that they get left at and come out after surgery then this vet practice is doing something right.
