Exceptional service from the minute we arrived, staff can’t do enough. Food exceptional. Extremely hygienic and rooms were spotless. Plenty of staff which really shows, unlike other places never waiting long and all staff pleasant and attentive. Will definitely recommend and will definitely return!!!!Rooms: 5/5
The Valley Hotel is a lovely place with even lovelier staff. The hotel itself is extremely clean with wonderful food and very accommodating staff. One of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in in comparison to any previous hotels. Would definitely recommend the valley to anyone looking comfort, excellent food and a great night away.Rooms: 5/5

Booked in on new years ever for Dinner, the food was amazing, very tasty and good size portions. The staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The prices are very reasonable too, a great family run business, I would highly recommend a visit.Service: 5/5
Being a frequent traveller through Fivemiletown, I wanted to check out the 'good food'. I was greeted at the door in a way I wouldn't describe as warm, then seated at a solo high table surrounded by low tables most occupied - this isn't very welcoming or comfortable. I was then presented with the menu, which apart from vegetarian dishes, had no real healthy options. I decided to leave after paying for a small coke £2.60!!!?, and having learnt my lesson, won't be back.
We are so impressed with this hotel, im surprised its not 4 star! the room looks so rich and has everything you would need, the food is delicious and the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. Definitely come back here.Rooms: 5/5

Would not stay here again, the picture they advise with the couple behind the castle is fake, the castle is not the hotel. The hotel is like a small Premier Inn on a busy main road with a carpark behind it, it's false advertising at its best. Food is to expensive £15 for a regular fish and chips! Come on.. but the one thing that really annoyed me about this place was the late night rave they had.. 90s dance music played from the bar so loud you felt like you were there yourself, the dj screaming down the mic at 1am! It didn't stop until 2am and even then there were a lot of loud drunk people, don't stay here if you like sleep or have kids. Our bathroom stunk of cigarette smoke which also spread into the room 103. Breakfast was 'continental'.. it was toast and cereal.. they say continental i say cheap, we took one look at it cut our losses and left definitely won't be back. Only good thing was the staff who were always nice and helpful.
First time staying here and we would highly recommend. Great food and atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, and wonderful hosts. Couldn't fault The Valley Hotel and we will definitely be back.Rooms: 5/5
