Lovely friendly pub, your traditional looking but with a quirky style , real fire very welcoming. Stayed on campsite near by easy walking distance not a lot of parking places. The food was excellent definitely go back when we stay again have live acts on too on certain nights.
Small pub with kind and friendly staff, it had a cosy atmosphere and a welcoming fresh beer garden out back. They offered a good selection of food with a great price. It tasted amazing and was presented very well, I would highly recommend this place to grab a bite if you are on the area, very worth it!

Found it by chance by catching a bus and what a surprise. Lovely quaint Inn and fabulous food,good service and pleasant atmosphere and people. Going again tomorrow before we have to go home.
Couldn’t have wished for a better place to meet up with friends today .We had a lovely warm welcome .Steph & Jamie were really friendly & nothing was too much trouble where food was concerned. The food was beautifully presented & tasted equally good !Can definitely recommend & look forward to future visits ! Especially good to know it’s a dog friendly place too !
Lovely olde worlde pub. Spotlessly clean and deco in keeping with olde worlde. Pleasant smiling staff. Cosy ambience. We only popped in for coffee today but we like the pub so much that we've booked for a meal at weekend!
