Very disappointed to have been given a parking fine despite the circumstances. I came back from work, arrived at NV Apartments , where I was renting myself. Someone was in my space, I went to see reception and a guy told me to just park next to reception in an empty bay where there was some work going on. I parked there for a couple of hours until my bag was free again. I then went on to receive a fine a couple of weeks later! I appealed and lost my appeal with a very short and abrupt reply. Contacted the site manager Martin who was no help whatsoever and stopped replying to my emails full stop. I’ve now set up a plan to pay £160. Absolutely shocking behaviour from both the complex and the parking management company.
No visitor parking & very belligerent parking company. Can't visit pensioners in lockdown..!!!! NOT GOOD
