Seriously the number one gym in the area. I have always loved fitness and it great to train with people who are passionate about all elements of fitness. The team there really tune in to what you want to achieve not a generic one size fits all. I’ve only been here about 6 months but love every minute. Highly highly recommend 💪🏻

I spent many years using generic gyms and getting nowhere, trying insanity and losing focus, gaining weight from inactivity and worst of all, making really bad choices with foods (mainly because i was ignorant toward nutrition) I joined the unit after reaching the highest weight I'd ever been. From the start I was made to feel at ease with a detailed phone consultation in which one of the trainers helped me identify my goals and set realistic targets. My first few weeks saw me being very self conscious about sessions and I'd often panic before it started. The trainers offered reassurance along with other members. Which kept me coming back. This is more than a gym/personal training facility, it's a supportive community that helps you reach your goals using a customer centred approach. This is something I've never experienced at any other gym. It shows how genuinely valued you are as a member. I've honestly never felt better about myself, I've still got a long way to go, but I'm so much further than I was last year. I can't thank these guys enough, they're all outstanding in what they do. It's allowed me to turn a corner and made me reevaluate major factors of my lifestyle for better. You won't be disappointed if you join, you'll become hooked on the sessions! 👍

I Can highly recommend The Unit Fitness. Fantastic choice of classes and superb trainers. There is a friendly, welcoming atmosphere from staff and clients alike.

Been going to TUF for a few months, it rocks, cannot recommend enough, instructors second to none, all friendly and full of advice and recommendations for everyone. The people that go here are so friendly, sessions are always varied and will test everyone that goes. results are amazing. You will not go anywhere else once you start. I started on the 10 week trial nad have never looked back!

Superb gym and trainers who are without exception the best I have ever experienced. The place is very well equipped, training programmes are renewed constantly and the fitness community supportive and friendly. Can't recommend them enough.
