Went for lunch with my sister and her best friend and it was excellent! Service great and they had locals in there who were actually proud of the place, enough to ask if they could show us where things were, bring top up coffees etc.  They just wanted us to love it too!  We were so welcomed.  I had the breakfast and it was spot on! Staff were good with us and a very positive experience all round.

Tables cluttered with empty plates and glasses only 2 bar staff who worked their arses off behind the bar. I felt like I wanted to help by clearing tables for them( I had to clear our table up before we ate)
Returned again today and had a manager's special disappointing  14 oz rump steak couldn't cut it for gristle but can't grumble because the chips and peas were nice
