Since 1962 we pride our self on customer service and quality produce, these attributes we believe is the reason it has stood the test of time. A Greene Family establishment since 1962. The Greene Family name is synonymous nationwide for Quality since 1915. It all started in a little bar/ grocery in William St limerick, it developed from there to the Unicorn Bar in Dooradoyle in 1962 from there it again developed to the Four Star Greenhills Hotel on the Ennis road."

You won't be disappointed here.  Near the university of limerick hospital,  this is a great spot for lunch or dinner.  Excellent fun menu with loads of gluten-free items. Staff is very well informed and very helpful. Whether your after a Chilli Burger, a Short Rib dinner, or maybe a browse over the Carvery  you'll be pleasantly surprised. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food and presentation. Oh! There is plenty of parking here too. Please like this review of you found it helpful.

Amazing food! Salmon was a delight! Service was impeccable. Waitress knew how to look after us without ever making us feel under pressure. If you are coming for a game or just looking for some amazing food and service, add Unicorns to your list. I'll be back soon.Food: 5/5

Great food and varied menu only the portion's are a bit small but maybe cause I was hungry. I finished with the cookie bowl for dessert and I was sorted for the rest of the day.Food: 5/5

Really nice spot with a broad menu selection. My burger was really nice and fresh.  Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly environment and the staff are great with children.

We had my 60th &  my son's 18th party together, Arranged by my wife Laura, it was a surprise for us . Jim the manager, greeted us when we arrived,and even remembered who I was, from the previous party we had. The food was great. Very filling!. My niece,and her mum and dad came especially for the occasion,and were well impressed with the venue. We had a set menu,and forgot that my niece was vegan. Jim went out of his way to accommodate my niece,with a vegan burger and chips. The night was fantastic, everyone enjoyed the food, hat's off to the chef ‍ and staff. If you are looking for a good meal or atmosphere, the unicorn is the place to go. Thanks again to, Jim & the staff for a Great night. From Adrian, Jamie, Laura & all the family. My first time in this pub for breakfast which was very disappointing. The breakfast came out so fast it could not be freshly cooked. The bacon was almost raw, sausages were stale, egg and mushrooms were excellent and the pudding and beans very dried probably under a grill.  Bathrooms and premises absolutely spotless

You cannot fault this pub, unreal food and service. So much choice, there’s something for everyone. Staff are the nicest I’ve come across in a very long time. Keep up the great work.

Had to leave the other establishment across the road on Stephens night when a gentleman stood on the table singing. The Unicorn is suited to mature people who would like a nice drink and a conversation. Comfortable seating, bar tenders are great.Food: 3/5
